Colorful Potato Soup with Chanterelles
Cozy warmth from the inside - now it's soup time! Soup is simply a heart-warming, comforting dish, perfect for the colder temperatures! Soups have always had that certain something, perhaps this is simply because you eat soup more slowly than a plate of food. The soup is hot, you blow on it, you inhale spices and essences, the smell stimulates appetite and hunger. So it is much more likely to comfort and "warm the soul" than any other dish, no matter how wonderful.
We refined our soup with the last chanterelles from the forest, a real treat to enjoy!
- 300 g potatoes
- 300 g pumpkin
- 2-3 carrots
- 1 onion
- fresh parsley
- a handful of chanterelles
- some butter for frying
- some flour
- 800 ml water
- makasol colorful soup seasoning
And here's how it works:
- Chop the onion, potatoes, pumpkin, chanterelles and carrots into small pieces and fry everything briefly in a pan with a little butter.
- Then dust with a little flour and roast again briefly.
- Pour the water over it and add 1.5 tablespoons of colorful soup seasoning.
- Let the soup cook until the potatoes are soft.
- Finally, season the soup to taste and garnish with fresh parsley.
