Cold-Pressed Rapeseed Oil
The all-rounder for cold and warm cuisine. Rapeseed oil has a very high proportion of oleic acid (monounsaturated fatty acid) at around 60% and is also known as the "olive oil of the north" due to its fatty acid distribution, which is similar to olive oil. With its pleasantly strong, nutty taste, rapeseed oil can be used universally in the kitchen.
It is equally suitable for cold and hot dishes, but is not
Frying oil (heatable up to approx. 130 degrees).
