immune punch
In these cold temperatures, it doesn't hurt to give the immune system a little boost and on days like these, our immune punch recipe has proven itself to be effective.
The ginger warms you from the inside, the citrus fruits contain plenty of vitamin C and the tea rounds the whole thing off.
And this is how you make your immune punch:
For about 2 servings:
500ml water
15g ginger
2 heaped teaspoons Makasol "Hollerzeit"
2 oranges
1 lemon
1 tablespoon honey
Preparation:
- Put water on the boil, cut 15g of ginger into slices, boil the ginger in the water for about 20 minutes. Take the water off the stove, then put the tea infuser with the Makasol tea "Hollerzeit" in it and let it steep.
- Squeeze the oranges and lemons and as soon as the water is no longer boiling hot, add the orange and lemon juice.
- Puree everything with a hand blender, sweeten with honey to taste and pour through a sieve into the glasses/cups.
