Potato-zucchini fritters

Today we have a hearty recipe for you: potato and zucchini fritters with a herb dip. They're quick to make and also make a perfect side dish to meat dishes.


This is what you need:

- 500g potatoes

- 1 zucchini

- 2 eggs

- 1 onion

- 2 tbsp buckwheat flour

- 2 tbsp rice flour

- 1 good pinch of makasol colorful herbal salt

- Enough oil to cover the bottom of the pan well

And here's how it works:

1. First, peel the onion and potato and finely grate them into a bowl. Wash the zucchini and grate it into the bowl using a kitchen grater (it doesn't need to be peeled!)

2. Then stir in the flour, eggs, parsley, salt, and pepper and knead well. Form the mixture into small patties.

3. Heat the oil in a pan and fry the patties on both sides until golden brown and crispy.
