Gardening tip - What else can you plant in June?
Have you been busy this spring planting lots of vegetables and lettuce in your garden? Great, then you've probably already reaped the first fruits of your labor. If you have space in your garden again after harvesting and are wondering what else you can plant in June, we have a few tips for you:
Beets for storage are sown in mid-June and harvested in late October. June is also a good planting time for cauliflower, broccoli, kohlrabi, kale, lettuce, iceberg lettuce, leaf lettuce, radishes, bulb fennel, leeks, and celery.
And if your garden is still empty and you haven't planted anything this year, you still have plenty of opportunity to fill it with lots of delicious things.
