Make your own crispbread
A cup of our tea - "It's great that you're here" - isn't just a sweet treat; crispbread also tastes delicious. We also like it as a wholesome snack on the go – and this healthy snack is also a hit in front of the TV or while streaming! Our recipe idea for homemade crispbread is a wonderfully savory treat for all ages.
This is what you need:
- 120 g flour
- 100 g oat flakes
- 75 g sunflower seeds
- 50 g pumpkin seeds
- 50 g sesame seeds
- 1/2 teaspoon makasol colorful herbal salt
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 350 ml water
And here's how it works:
1. Mix all ingredients with water until smooth.
2. Spread a thin layer on a baking tray lined with baking paper.
3. Bake the crispbread for about 15 minutes at 150 degrees fan oven.
4. Now comes an important step: Remove the tray from the oven and cut the crispbread into pieces, because once it's fully baked, you can't cut it anymore!
5. Bake for another 40 minutes until the crispbread is nice and crispy.
And to finish off, enjoy a cup of “It’s great that you exist” fruit tea!
