Healthy nettle soup

Nettle soup brings out the very aromatic, often even dominant, flavor of nettle in a very pleasant way. A very healthy soup that detoxifies the body and energizes it. You'll quickly notice that nettle becomes a welcome plant in your garden and enriches your diet.

This is what you need:

- 1 bowl of nettles (young nettles are best)

- 1 onion

- 1 clove of garlic

- 1/2 zucchini

- 1/2 liter vegetable broth (1 tbsp makasol colorful soup seasoning)

- Salt to taste (recommendation - our makasol sea salt)

And here's how it works:

  1. Briefly fry the onion and garlic, then add the zucchini and fry briefly
  2. Then add the nettles and also sauté briefly
  3. Add the vegetable stock.
  4. Simmer for about 10 minutes
  5. Finally, puree the soup and season to taste.
