
Healthy nettle soup
Nettle soup brings out the very aromatic, often even dominant, flavor of nettle in a very pleasant way. A very healthy soup that detoxifies the body and energizes it. You'll quickly notice that nettle becomes a welcome plant in your garden and enriches your diet.
This is what you need:
- 1 bowl of nettles (young nettles are best)
- 1 onion
- 1 clove of garlic
- 1/2 zucchini
- 1/2 liter vegetable broth (1 tbsp makasol colorful soup seasoning)
- Salt to taste (recommendation - our makasol sea salt)
And here's how it works:
- Briefly fry the onion and garlic, then add the zucchini and fry briefly
- Then add the nettles and also sauté briefly
- Add the vegetable stock.
- Simmer for about 10 minutes
- Finally, puree the soup and season to taste.
