
Delicious herbal cookies
The perfect addition to a clear vegetable soup, ideally with makasol Colorful Soup Seasoning, is a tasty garnish—and of course, homemade! We have a particularly delicious recipe idea for you: herb dumplings!
This soup garnish is quick and easy to make—ideal if you're feeding the whole family or stocking up on emergency supplies in the freezer. And the best part: you can use a different herbal salt each time, so you'll always have a new taste experience!
You need:
- 20 g butter
- 3 eggs
- 3 tbsp milk
- 120 g flour
- 1 pinch of baking powder
- makasol spread seasoning salt
- Clear vegetable soup (feel free to use makasol colorful soup seasoning)
And here's how it works:
Preheat the oven (180°C). Beat the egg whites until stiff peaks form. In a separate bowl, beat the butter until fluffy, then stir in the egg yolks, milk, and half the flour. Gently fold in the stiff peaks, the remaining flour mixed with the baking powder, and the Makasol "Spread and Seasoning Salt." Bake the mixture in a greased pan (180°C, approx. 20 minutes). Then cut into diamond shapes and serve with soup!
