4 teaspoons of "Inner Strength" tea
10g ginger
4 teaspoons honey
1 lemon
Instructions
- Heat water in a pot, add sliced ginger and bring to the boil.
- Remove the pot from the heat and let 4 teaspoons of “Inner Strength” tea steep in the ginger water for about 5-10 minutes.
- Let the tea cool slightly, add lemon juice and honey.
