
Our wrap recipe for on the go
As an alternative to regular rolls and a culinary highlight for on the go, you can try our homemade wraps. Quick to prepare, easy to prepare, and filled with whatever you have in the fridge – this classic finger food will quickly find its way into your lunchbox. Try our filling with our makasol spread and seasoned salt and enjoy!
For 4 wraps:
- 4 tortillas
- 1 bell pepper
- 1/2 red onion
- 4 carrots
- ½ pack of soy granules
- 1 small can of corn
- a few leaves of green salad
For the spread:
- 150g soy yogurt (you can also use natural yogurt)
- 50g Dr. Oetker cooking cream (or crème fraîche)
- makasol spread seasoning salt to taste
1. Mix all ingredients for the spread well.
2. Spread some spread on the tortilla and top with the ingredients.
3. First fold in the bottom half and then the sides and enjoy.
